Application process

To apply for residence at the Monarch House:

1.    Review the Policies and Procedures document.

2.    Download an application and fill it out.  All answers must be completed.

3.    If you are taking any medication, we will need a letter from the prescribing physician listing ALL current medications.

4.    Send your application to the Monarch House staff.  You can :

b.    Email to:  office@monarchhouse.org

5.    Your application will be reviewed and you will be contacted by phone within 24-hrs to set up an interview.

6.    You will have an interview with a member of the Monarch House staff.

7.    Your move-in day can be scheduled once you have approval from the Monarch House staff member and your deposit has been received.

Deposit

A deposit of $300 is required to hold your place at The Monarch House.   The deposit covers your first week’s rent and last week’s rent.

Acceptable forms of payment are cash, cashier’s check or money order.
